how to check whether button is clicked or not

Question

Hi folks,

i have one html form and this form having 2 buttons for yes or no clicks.

and one more button for submit the entire form.

my task is,

firstly,i have clicked No button, if i click yes button again,

this should be alerted as No button has been clicked already do you want to change your decision.
