How to Clear Ajax Combobox .

Hello I want to clear selection of Ajax Combobox after performing some action say after adding records Clear combobox.Now when i add new recodrs Ajax combo is already filled with previously added Text. Prerna

Hello Its not working. protected void Destination() { conn = cls.GetConnection(); string query = SELECT DstCodeDstName FROM destinations order by DstId Desc ; OdbcDataAdapter da = new OdbcDataAdapter(query conn); DataTable dt = new DataTable(); da.Fill(dt); destinationId.DataTextField = DstName; destinationId.DataValueField = DstCode; destinationId.DataSource = dt; destinationId.DataBind(); destinationId.Items.Insert(0 Select Destination); } On popup i can add/select new item..But when i click again on add button it will show some other option selected. on click on add button i am using this also : destinationId.SelectedIndex = 0; or destinationId.SelectedItem.Text =  Select Destination ; but its not working. Please Help!
