I want to Concat these two generic list.is it possible to Concat generic list IList childDirList = new List (); IList childFileList = new List ();

It is possible to concatenate two generic lists as long as they're of the same type or a conversion exists between one type and the other. Here the two types are different and there's no direct conversion. What you could do is to call the GetFiles method on the elements of your IList and then concatenate them with your IList if that's of any help to you?
