How to configure iis & sql server 2008

I Want to run website without using visual studio. I am using sql server database. Please tell me that how to configure iis & sql server. Give the steps.

First of all you must understand that to run the ASP.Net website Visual Studio is not necessary one. If you want to enable IIS try this tutorial then to create Virtual Directory in IIS try this tutorial. For SQL you need to install it first then you need to create the DB then (I hope you have the SQL Script) run the SQL Script in that DB.
