How to Convert an old Vb.net project into MVC4/5 Project?

Hi friends...how to convert old project (HFES)[vs 2003 & Vb.net] into new project[vs 2013 & MVC 4) with latest technologies? Please give me some techinques/suggestions...

You would have to re-write everything from scratch. There is no other technique that you can use. Visual Studio 2013 and VB.NET are very old and mostly Microsoft also doesn't share any article or support for to upgrade from.
