How to convert integers to numbers of months

Dear all Thank you once again as usual i got code tips from you guys today after implementing it this solve part of my challenges now i want to convert list of duration to duration in months Duration (int) Number of Months 30 1 month 90 3 months 60 2 months 120 4 months the script is shown below Select PatientId VisitDatedrug_Type Duration from PatientPhermacy i want the duration to be in number of months as in the table above. thank you all
