How to Convert MSSQL Db to MySQL Db?

Question

I have db like .mdf and .ldf format. i want to migrate db into phpmyadmin (mysql). How convert this into mysql. Is There Any tools to convert this. which way best to do this problem. please give any of good suggestion . Thank you Advance
