This is a great Post. But could you post about how to use these kind of APIs for autocomplete. The scenario is like this.... I write something in textbox then using some API some auto fill options are returned in hindi. Thank You

It is not easy to do. In fact it is very difficult to do reliably and for everything. The term  Natural Langauge  is often used for software that can understand people's languages such as English. You can look for articles and books about that. I know there are a few books on the subject.

Hi Friend so after a four hours research I've managed to collect some Information it may help you !!! We can define a static dictionary to store the mapping and then use it to transliterate. this is the code snippets : a static class provide some transliterate methods : public static class CharacterTransliterate { //The dictionary used to store the character map: //'hindi_character -> english_character' pairs private static Dictionary _transDic = null; //Get the character map. public static Dictionary TransDic { get { if (_transDic == null) { _transDic = new Dictionary (); //Add some pairs. _transDic.Add('?' A); _transDic.Add('?' Aa); _transDic.Add('?' I); _transDic.Add('?' Ee); //Not finished. //Add other 'hindi_character -> english_character' pair here } return _transDic; } } //Convert a hindi character to english character. public static string GetEnglishCharacter(char hindiCharacter) { return TransDic[hindiCharacter]; } //Convert a hindi character to english character. public static string GetEnglishString(string hindiString) { //Traverse the characters and convert each character then connect them to a string. Like this : change the : _transDic.Add('?' Aa); into _transDic.Add( Aa'?'); and then modify the method GetEnglishString to GetHindiString and you're done !!!! i hope this been helpful for you !!! ps: the '?' signals refers to some characters that can not be viewed here so please check out the source file !!!
