say every develop can not pay for azure because of money problem. so tell me how one developer can login to azure without any paid account. i am interested to learn azure. so guide me how could i learn azure from the scratch and what i will learn that how could i implemnet there in azure. please guide me how could i be expert in azure who do not know anything about it. thanks
