how to create a pop in angular 2 (Not with CLI)

Question

hi, i am new to angular 2.Here I need to create a popup in angular 2.Am not using CLI. without CLI how can i create a popwindow in angular 2? I searched in internet i cant find a solution.All are in CLI only

 

If javascript can use,how i can impliment with angular 2?
