Hi Jayson try bind the grid after delete the row. use the code as public void bindGrid() { SqlDataAdapter da = new SqlDataAdapter(Select * from tblname con); DataTable dt = new DataTable(); da.Fill(dt); gridview.DataSource = dt; gridview.DataBind(); } just call this function after refresh button clicked

You can do Response.redirect(PageNamefalse) that will refresh your page
