How to create a simple Chat Application between two Spefic

Signal R is one of the most powerful framework by microsoft and it is quite easy to use.

but the one thing im having troble is that how to send messages to only one Spefic users.

i want to cretate a chat application just Like facebook.com provides with SiganlR
