how to create a work flow for document review and approval

plz help me  how to create a work flow for document review and approval work flow ? any example available for above task? Plz post the link ASAP.

my share point version is 2010 and its free version  that means it don't have the approval workflow . if any other way  that's mean any possibility's using visual studio . Plz send the any links .
