Hi ArulJyothi Yes!. you can publish your application in two ways. 1. Publish your application in IIS on your server machine. Note : The server machine should be declared as public IP. THen only you can access your application outside of the world. 2. You can buy a domain from external vendors like GoDaddy But the problem is  In that domain they should have to installed the .NET framework as per your application .net framework version. If example  if your application is developed in .net framework 4.0 it should installed .net framework 4.0 in your server domain!. All the best!.. Learn well!.. Go ahead!..
