How to create auto send emails for users? say NewsLetters

Hi How I can send daily updates or news and letters to all users in my web application...? I want to set all news of a year in backend.... How code will manage either C# or Say SQL server to send mails with letters or news automatically for first week or first day of month.... Thanks in advance....

You can schedule a SQL Server Job to implement the solution using SQL Server. To implement the solution using C# you can either create a windows application and schedule it to be executed by a Windows Scheduled Task or you can implement this as a windows service. Hope this helps...
