how to create bootstrap menu using asp.net menu control

Question

i want to create a responsive menu using asp.net menu control with bootstrap..
i am retrieving menu from database and i am referring this site

but i am not getting appropriate result as i need(not even with static menu).it disappears when it comes to tablet or mobile view..

 please help
