how to create chat application in C#

Question

Hai All i need to know how to implement chat application in website. and i need that application does't contain any chat rooms.it just contain online users and instant chat by clicking thier name.i googled but many of them are contains chat rooms.can any one hep me Thanks and Regards

Hi let me clue you in just use session & application level state to manage & do what ever u need :) global.asax is best way to store :) :) finally use frame set tag in HTML to just bind all say 3 webpages i.e no of users  users list  chat box  type message .. Quite simple task ..
