how to create chat room in asp.net?

I want to create chat room in asp.net. How can I do that??

and also want to create different functionalities like adding facebook,twitter plugins in my project how can i do that in Asp.Net??

Please tell me something about that..

If possible develop this application using services instead of directly accessing to the database. Incase if this is your live project/you need to submit it it will provide you good results.
