My teacher said I have to use collision detector. So somebody help me in how to create collision detector?

A couple of suggestions both of which may require you to change the type of objects/controls to support what you are trying to do: 1) http://physicshelper.codeplex.com/ This supports collision detection 2) Google Silverlight hittest - you'll find lots of entries that MAY help you out. 3) There is a HitTest method for Stroke and StrokeCollection. Not sure if you can take advantage of them.
