Hey Mangesh  I am new in Jquery... so can you pls.. do like this one textbox1 one button1 a. when click on button1  if textbox1 is blank then shown this dialog with Yes/No. b. if YES then fine c. but if NO then automate a msg on this textbox1 I am blank like this. pls... i need help. asap

You will have to resort to jQuery for this as suggested by Mangesh. Confirm box with Yes / No buttons is not implemented in native javaScript. It only has one with Ok / Cancel.
