How to create Demo version software?

I have created windows application but i want it will runs perfectly/without error for specific time period (for example 10-15 days) after that it will stop means Exception (Demo version time period over!).....

And How to active it full version after that.....

You can use a trial license system like CryptoLicensing . It does max days max executions max unique usage days etc in additional to full unlimited licenses.
