How to create desktop shortcuts?

What is the .net namespace & class for creating desktop shortcuts? I assumed it would be under the System.IO namespace but I've had no luck finding this. Thanks.

Thanks! That seems to do the trick! However I'm baffled that something so basic is not in the framework... What about this Windows Script Host Object Model reference? Can I assume that it would be on most users' machines?
