How to create Discussion Form in MVC

Dear Sir I am working on one e-learning web project in Asp.net MVC-2 I have to develop a discussion form for student where student can post question and get reply from another student....I dont have more Idea about it Please help me to develop it..is there any reference?? How to Create discussion from?? Thanks Anil
