Start a new 'Class Library' project for VB.NET and write the code for your classes in the normal way. Remember that: 1. You don't need a Main() method for a dll because it's not executable on its own. 2. Your classes need to be declared public for them to be used by other assemblies. 3. Although you can build your dll you need to create an executable assembly to test it. A reference to the dll will need to be added to the latter so that the compiler can find any classes that you use from it. If your dll uses any Namespaces it's also a good idea to include Imports statements for those Namespaces in your executable assembly's code so that you don't have to fully qualify the class names.
