How to create dynamic connection string in Ado.Net (visual studio 2005)?

How to create dynamic connction string ? I am creating one window application in ado.net. I have that application can run on any pc for that I want to create dynamic connection string of database sqlserver 2005 . So how can we create dynamic connection string for ado.net application?

use dataset which will be connectionless connection.U need not want to open for a while.Once u have connected it ill be alive for ever.
