How to create dynamic website?

Hi From where can i get the dynamic website template? what i want is user itself can edit content & upload photos for the website. no need to come again & again to developer to do the editing. Please help on this. Thanks Basit.

I am not too sure but I guess what you are looking for is a content management web-site. Here is a listhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_content_management_systems You will still need some management efforts though!
