Hi Jyoti I will help you!.. Its simple!.. You should have some basic knowledge of c# programe before start this application. Requirement Things : VS 2010 or above(From 2010 and above version we have some features) DB : select your database.. Sql server or MySql First try to workout some calculations  like add two textbox vaues and display the result in another textbox. Then Perform some CRUD operation in that.. Hi Jyothi First gather your requirement.. Design your database as per your requirement .. this is the first step you have to follow.. Desing the form and create the DB connection with your application. Write the logics... For tax qty you have to write the manual calculations...
