How to create Id cards using c#

Anybody knows how to generate identity card using C# and crystal reports it's newbie here.... thanks in advance.....

1)Make a form in c# having labels & textboxes to enter your identity card values like nameaddressDOBDOJDesignation 2)take that textbox values in to database by inserting them in database table... 3)in crystal report take fields of identity card like nameaddressDOBDOJDesignation 4)design your report as per the card.. 5)then in another c# form take crystal viewer control.. load that created report to the crystal viewer control.... 6)then in first form on button click show the form having crystal viewer control.. finish.. hope u got...
