how to create job and schedule

Hello  guys,

    i am developing tele calling website based on customer requirements . i want  how to create job and schedule. tele calling time  one mobile no switch off that customer update call status  switch off and postback to 2 hours . that call after  2 hours automatically view in top gridview bind records.
