how to create logic of skip and next question in c#

Thankyou for reply Problem: I used a datalist and create a pagination but some control such as Rating Checkboxlist required validation problem and also can't fetch the question id because i want to save data when click on next button and if skip than go to skip question i have not idea how to work and what technique to use if u have work or idea please share.
