How to create plt files using C#

Is there a code listing that demonstrates how to create a (plt) plot file from given dimensions of an object using C# ? Any serious feedback would be appreciated. Dennis

Thank you for taking the time to respond but what I am looking for is an example of the C# code required to create the plot file which in turn can be used to cut the shape using a CNC device.

The final plt file generated must be a half-size page with 600dpi (dots per inch) resolution and zero margins. Any images within the Micro station file must also be plotted to the plt at 600 dpi.
