how to create setup file with database .mdf file(vs2010)

Friend i know that how to create setup file. but dont' knw how to add the database file .mdf in my project. in visual studio 2010.

Thnx frnd. but is not that what i want. i want to create setup with.. licence aggrement... & it should be ask the path where i want to store the installaction files. and it must be Attached with database.
