Hi You need to develop your windows application as you normally do. Then use the click once deployment technique to deploy your windows application. Click Once Deployment in short :- The Click Once Deployment is introduced in the .Net Framework 2.0 which allows you to install the windows application from the web url where it is hosted and the installation will add a start menu icon and also a reference would get added in the Add/Remove programs.
