How to create your own internal XML editor in C#

Question

Hello guys and girls Although you normally start by introducing yourself when arriving on a new forum I noticed that there is not really a thread where you can introduce yourself. So I will do that later. What I need is a way to create a selfbuild xml editor with code coloring etc to use in my own test application for shooting xml files into a mq series queue. This is the text view and this is the web view: And now I want a third view where I can edit the xml file but I don't know how to do that with color coding etc. Anyone any idea? regards Marco

Marco Welcome to C# Corner. Please re-edit and clear your company name from forums not a good practice to share to outer world :). Yes you can introduce yourself through fourm/blog also. Check this page or open source XML editor  might helps you.

I am unsure of what you are asking for. Do you need something in which you can define the schema for a XML file and also create and edit the data or do you need to be able to edit the data of a XML file in which the schema has already been determined? There is a huge difference there. As for company name perhaps I misunderstand what Suthish is saying but I think it is okay to show company name; I think it is your choice. Either way it seems not important but perhaps Suthish has an important point. As for introducing yourself you can do that in one of the forums but I am not sure which is the best. It does however seem uncommon for people to do that in technical forums such as this.

Yes Firefox is working I am afraid that it is a browser problem.

I am using Chrome on Mac OS X. I have not tried Firefox.
