how to crop portion of a picture in a picture box

Hi everyone I need to know how I can crop a portion of a picture in picture box in visual studio 2005 like this is done in Photo editing software in general? Any sample code or URL link would be appreciated.

Well my friend if you plan on creating a graphics app that operates on images I would strongly discourage you from using picture boxes. In my opinion picture boxes were created for beginners. (probably not true) However your program will be much more effiecient if the image is drawn directly to the form. Once this detail is taken care of there are many ways you can edit an image (bitmap). If you are serious about doing this I can give you some pointers to get you started. Cheers! Richard
