how to delete files from a folder using code in VB.net

Question

Hi I am making a project on CyberCafe management So i need a code to delete files from history folder. So if any of u know logic for that or have code then please send it to doho@epatra.com Thanks a lot.

You nees to create a DirectoryInfo object and fill the list of a fileinfo array. This lets you loop round each file in the directory and delete it. Something like.... dim sPathName as string = Your path:\ Dim di As New DirectoryInfo(sPathName) Dim fi As FileInfo() = di.GetFiles(*.TMP) Dim fiTemp As FileInfo For Each fiTemp In fi File.Delete(sPathName & fiTemp.Name) Next fiTemp ... will do it.
