how to delete selected record from datagridview .

i want to delete selected record in datagridview .i am using entity data model so i need for help .

sir i need code for entity framework.my file store only folder in my comp not store in database .now only delete in datagridview not folder and when next time to scan image display in picturebox and previous deleted file name can be displayed in datagrid.so plz help me.
