How to deploy silverlight application in destop?

Hi All I am new one in silverlight development. i am developed silverlight navigation application and connect database using web services it's working good in visual studio debug time. but i want install application in another desktop it's not connect on database (web service used). Any one know how to deploy silverlight application (oob) in desktop plz tell me. Thank You.

Yes you have to use OOB feature of silverlight + Visual studio to install the application into another desktop machine.
