How to design QR Code

I want to generate & design a QR Code in .NET class application, something like following picture? It is Ok if there is a software for me to design that?

I use this qr code generator . If you want to generate barcode in .NET .NET barcode generator is also a good choice it can generate linear and 2D barcode images in .NET applications include qr code as well.
