How to develop a Window Form software that supports more then one database management system (DBMS) at the same time like: MySQL Oracle Acces in C# ? and Select one by user at and launch time.

From abstraction point of view the interface approach would come handy here. In fact in my strictly personal opinion this is the best case implementation of interface. For example: public interface IDatabase { DbDataReader ExecuteReader(String query DbParameter[] parameters); } public class SQLServerDatabase : IDatabase { } public class OracleDatabase : IDatabase { } You can leaverage the interfaces already being declared and used by Microsoft. All the code should be same as using single connection string except in this case you specify more than one connection string and while creating context object you specify the name of connection string. see example here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40354460/using-multiple-connection-strings-for-the-same-dbcontext-in-entityframework
