How to develop image with 3d effects in c#?

Hi I need to develop a program that import image (.jpg) and creates a layer to produce a 3d effects. Please help me. Thanks Jaypee

For this you have better use Photoshop. You can create layers and create all the files in it and in the Properties of the Project add all those files.... Does it help??

Hi Problem has been solved. I just added these files -> Interop.TrueVision3D.dll Interop.DxVBLibA.dll and Interop.TV3DMedia.dll to reference. However whenever I run the program I encounter this problem. Please see attached file for the screen shot. Thanks
