how to disabled and enabled resizemaximumbox...in MainWindow

Hello! i begin learning wpf and i have a question. How to disabled and enabled propertice resizemaximumbox...etc in wpf. in Window Form i can found it in propertice and set manual. but wpf i can't found. please help me answer this question! thanks.
