how to dynamically add value to x and y axis of chart in wpf

Question

how to assign value of x and y axis of wpf chart through textbox
 
1) the value of y axix chart should enter through textbox and same as of x axis if changes made in textbox it should effect the axis
 

2)there should be two text box one for x axis and one for y axis as the user enter value in the respective textbox the graph should plot according to respective value enter
