How to enhance my Development Skill as asp.net c# developer.

Hi  I am beginner in the field of programming. I want to enhance my programming skills to work efficiently. Kindly suggest me ways how can I enhance my skill set. Currently I am learning from Microsoft Virtual Academy videos.

No Shortcut! Learn/explore the technologies and most importantly share them. In my experience i suggest try to be member of any ASP.Net forums you want and spent some time to solve the problems that are raised in the forums. It will really improves a lot. Say for example if you (try to) answer 10 questions you are aware about 10 different problems with solutions at most. I'm the one of the example for this. If you make this as a habit. You will find a difference at the earliest. Hope this helps!
