How to entry a certain digits in a certain textboxs c#

Question

Hi Guys i have Textboxs when user entring data to any textbox should accept certain barcode should be Start by certain digits like example in below picture attached : vehicle key is (111140000000400) & Weapon is (100040000000300) and so on Thanks / please help me

Regular expression is probably the best way to implement this however it is slightly complicated to learn and design the expression. Reference is found here and all over the Internet. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/az24scfc(v=vs.110).aspx You will need to decide what acceptable pattern is. It might be lot more complicated than you have stated in the question.
