see shalini its very simple. first tell me what u want to do with Stored procedure after excuting?. 1)first restored database in u r sqlserver alongwith stored procedure.ok now go stored procedure------select particular stored procedure which you want-----right click----select ExcuteStoredprocedure. if this is not run then used this one 2)go to modify and select from alter to last one and excute. if it is also not run used this one. 3)right click----scriptstoredprocedureas----create to or alter to and select from alter to last one and excute.
