How to export excel from Web method in asp.net

I want to export data from datatable to excel I did it many times in my experience but in normal function events But that same coding does not work in web method (file not downloading) Can any help me for this scenrio Please do need full to me

First you need to send an AJAX request to server which will get data and write the data stream.
