You can use twitter embedded Time Line Widget to do so.Go to following link https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines then it will redirect to widget page where you have to create new widget. then you can customize according to your need when you done it will provide you a javascript code and then you just paste it into your application and done.
