Hi vikas I hope this may help you to ftch 3rd & 4th row in oracle SELECT * FROM tbl where rowNum and id NOT IN ( SELECT id FROM tbl where rownum In oracle we have ROWNUM as pseudo column. Plz mark it as answered if it helped you.
