How to find out which version of dotnet framework is used in an Assembly ?

Consider I have xyz.dll. I need to find out in which version of .net framework is used to build this xyz.dll.

Yes I already added a quick watch and viewed all the method. None of them returning the Target Framework. I have analyzed the dll through ILDASM also there also only the CLR version is provided. I mean 2.0 or 4.0

:-) I already given the code there are couple of methods like GetName().Version will give the framework version also. why dont put a breakpoint and check...

Your code will display the version either as 2.0 or 4.0. It wont show the target framework like 3.0 or 3.5 like that. Because 3.0 & 3.5 falls under the category 2.0. But i need to findout the target framework.
